Scentimental Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unused, un-sprayed, and in its original, unopened sealed packaging (including any cellophane wrapping). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong fragrance, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Because fragrances are personal care items, we strictly cannot accept returns if the perfume has been opened, sprayed, or used in any way, for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized engraved bottles).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the scent you want is to return the un-opened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
