Scentimental Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scentimental! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies and procedures below.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Pakistan) We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan using trusted courier partners like [TCS / Leopards / CallCourier / Trax - insert your courier here].

Cash on Delivery (COD) We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customers across Pakistan. Simply select the COD option at checkout, and pay the courier in cash when your Scentimental package arrives at your doorstep.

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as flammable liquids by shipping carriers. As a result, all our fragrance products must be shipped via standard ground transportation. Expedited overnight air shipping is not available for perfumes.

International Shipping At this time, Scentimental only ships within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping due to international customs regulations regarding the transport of flammable liquids (perfumes).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

Damages During Shipping Glass perfume bottles require careful handling. We pack every order securely to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at scentimental.pk@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement.
